Moving Day Community Walk is coming to Colorado Springs! You don't want to miss this! Our community is getting together to help raise awareness and funds for the Parkinson's Foundation. This is your chance to speak up about Parkinson's and take action. Your support will help the Parkinson's Foundation advance research, provide educational resources, and fund programs that make life better for people living with Parkinson's disease. Registration
We ask that everyone who plans to attend Community Walk please register by clicking the Register button at the top of this page. There is no registration fee to participate, but a donation is very much appreciated.
How To Participate
Throw on comfortable clothes, lace up your exercise shoes and join us at Cottonwood Creek Park on September 13th to join the fun. The event will take place rain or shine. Check the weather forecast to prepare accordingly. Should conditions warrant any change, we will announce it via this website.
Volunteer
Volunteer at a Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day and join an inspiring and empowering annual event that unites people around the country living with Parkinson’s disease (PD), their care partners and loved ones to help beat PD. Our most valuable resource are our volunteers because YOU make things MOVE. Help get communities moving as a planning committee member or event day volunteer.

Disc Golf Outing
In addition to the Community Walk, the Parkinson's Foundation is partnering with the Pikes Peak Flying Disc Club to put on a disc golf tournament. The event will start at 11:00 a.m. to give participants time to enjoy the vendors at the walk. As with the walk, registration is free but donations are encouraged.
